A relative of hip-hop producer Benzino was busted Saturday for shooting the reality show star as they drove to his late mother’s Massachusetts sendoff,according to WHDH-TV in Boston.
The “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” favorite was blasted in the right arm while driving through Duxbury on the way to St. Peter’s Church in Plymouth, authorities said.

The bleeding Benzino — real name Raymond Scott, 48 — climbed out of his red Dodge SUV after the shooting and flagged down a passerby, authorities said. He was first taken to the Duxbury police department and then to South Shore Hospital in stable condition, authorities said. Cops said it was unclear what kind of beef ignited the gunfire as the cars drove behind the hearse carrying Mary Scott to the funeral Mass.
